SoldByJones Property Management, Inc. specializes in management of single-family homes. We acquire tenants, oversee maintenance and repairs, collect rents, and evict tenants when necessary. SoldByJones Property Management current clientele list consists of owners all over the world. No matter where you live you may invest and own rental property in the Atlanta Metro area.

We first make recommendations to the owner to make the property presentable to prospective tenants. If repairs are needed you may either make the repairs yourself or hire us to do the work. Once the home is ready to be rented we market your property via MLS and a host of other websites and show it to prospective tenants. SoldByJones Property Management conducts through credit, background checks, and previous landlord verifications on all prospective tenants. Once a tenant applies, we check the credentials of the file and present our findings to the owner with our opinion of the tenants creditability included. If the owner chooses, the owner may select the tenant or give us authority to select the tenant on their behalf. SoldByJones Property Management does not charge any upfront fees for our services. SoldByJones Property Management initial rental commission of 75% of one months rent is collected from the first months rent. Our monthly management fee is 8% of the gross monthly rents.

SoldByJones Property Management provides our clients with a host of services. SoldByJones Property Management collects the rent, forwards payments via direct deposit to the owner, issues 1099’s, and provides the owner login credentials to an online portal to track to income and expenses we account for on your behalf. SoldByJones Property Management coordinates all maintenance request repairs, complies with the Georgia Landlord Tenant Act and local codes, and handles section 8. Lease renewals are always free of charge. SoldByJones Property Management’s monthly management fee is 8% of the gross monthly rents. No upfront fees are charged to begin the service.
